Purpose	To identify the range of academic roles at Monash University.
Scope	All campuses (including offshore)
Policy Statement	The University embraces the concept of three complementary categories of academic employment, all of which are underpinned by parity of esteem. These are Research Intensive; Education and Research; and Education-Focused academic positions.
